Fukuoka Gibier Fair 2022 To Be Held!
To make effective use of the meat of captured wild boars and deer as Fukuoka Gibier, Fukuoka Prefecture holds a cooking fair as an opportunity for everyone to experience gibier’s pleasant taste.
This year, we will hold the Fukuoka Gibier Fair for four months from November. At 31 restaurants certified as Fukuoka Gibier Restaurants,* you can enjoy the chefs’ signature gibier dishes.
During the fair, discount meal coupons that can be used at participating restaurants will also be sold.
We hope that you will take this opportunity to experience the attractiveness of Fukuoka Gibier.
