Meeting Held with the Consuls General and Consuls in Fukuoka
On June 17, Governor Hattori, along with President Isao Kurauchi of the 21st Asian Federation of Asian Veterinary Associations (FAVA) Congress and Chairman Haruo Kusaba and Vice Chairman Takashi Nohara of the Fukuoka Veterinary Medical Association, had a meeting with the Consuls General and Consuls in Fukuoka.*
At the meeting, the Governor introduced the One Health initiative in Fukuoka Prefecture and the 21st Asian Federation of Asian Veterinary Associations (FAVA) Congress to be held in November this year, and said, "We would like to ask for your cooperation in attracting the FAVA Japan office to Fukuoka Prefecture as a leading base for One Health activities in the world."
