Visit by Native Americans

Updated:2022年4月28日更新 print

On April 28, two Native Americans visited Governor Hattori, and reported that the event "Indigenous People Gathering! From Hikosan to the Universe" hosted by IY GLOBAL LLC is scheduled to be held in October 2023, and as its pre-event, creation of a special drum (Pow-wow drum) for performing traditional prayer ceremonies will be open to the public at Hikosan Jingu Shrine.

The governor said, "I hope that the event will help promote mutual understanding with Native Americans as well as promote the appeal of Soeda Town. I also pray for the success of this challenge."
