The Fukuoka Prefecture Foreign Resident Consultation Center has been opened

The Fukuoka Prefecture Foreign Resident Consultation Center has been opened

On July 31st, the Fukuoka Prefecture Foreign Resident Consultation Center was opened on the third floor of Acros Fukuoka in the Kokusai Hiroba.
The Center provides consultation via visits to the consultation window, e-mail, and telephone. For phone consultations, by using a three-way-calling/interpretation service, the Center supports multilingual consultations with foreign residents, and also provides support for consultations from foreigners at municipal offices. If a foreign resident or municipal office employee calls the Center and indicates their desired language, the Center can provide consultation through interpretation in that language. In addition, depending on the details of the consultation, the Center can also provide consultation via interpretation by relaying phone calls to a relevant specialized institution such as the Fukuoka Gyoseishoshi Lawyers Association.
