Ramen noodle prepared using Ramugi (a new variety of wheat) is now served in overseas for the first time!

Ramugi is a new variety of wheat bred for Ramen noodle and produced only by some farmers in Fukuoka Prefecture. Noodle prepared using it is light in color, chewy, and hard to lose proper firmness. Ramugi has been used mainly at Ramen noodle shops in Fukuoka Prefecture in Japan. Since April, for the first time in overseas, it is used at SHORYU's five Ramen noodle shops in London, England. Fukuoka Prefecture will continue promoting it to boost the demand.
